This was meant to be a hotfix, but I decided to add more balancing, making it a back-to-back balance patch!Since the damage scaling of items is generally outscaling players' health, the medic will now also appear on day 9 to give a +500 HP boost.

Arcane Bow (Rare): 10% crit --> no crit | 3.5s cooldown --> 3.9s cooldown | $25 --> $30
Molten Bow (Rare): 15 damage --> 8 damage.
Cursed Necklace (Legendary): 11s cooldown --> 9.5s cooldown.
Icy Axe (Common): 4s cooldown --> 3.8s cooldown | no crit --> 50% crit | 40 damage --> 25 damage.
