Balance:

Executioner: 70 damage --> 80 damage.
Nature's Call: "After 5 seconds in combat: Give item below +1 multicast." --> "After 3 seconds in combat: Give item below +1 multicast." | 7s cooldown --> 3s cooldown //Dev comment: The cooldown change is a QoL change so you can see when the Nature's Call gives multicast.
Lost Fragment: 5s cooldown --> 5.3s cooldown.
Emerald Sword: 5.3s cooldown --> 5.5s cooldown.
Dusk Shield: 2.3s cooldown --> 2.6s cooldown | 20 shield --> 25 shield.
Cobalt Spear: 6.7s cooldown --> 4.5s cooldown | "Start of Combat: Permanently gain the attack from other adjacent spears." --> "Start of Combat: Consume adjacent spears to gain their stats."
Ice Spear: 2.2s cooldown --> 2.4s cooldown

Encounters:
Elven Favor: Make an item Elven and gain 20 gold --> Make an item Elven and gain 10 gold.
Shieldbearer: Gain a Dusk Shield/Lifeguard with +10 shield --> Gain a Dusk Shield/Lifeguard with +20 shield

Fixes:
Mythic Rod text in the shop has been fixed.
The new encounters now show the encounter tooltip at the correct position.
