Added more King Midas interactions with "Make an Offering", and fixed a bug where you didn't get anything by offering him a home-brew.

Fixed a bug where you could accidentally buy an item in the shop by clicking on a triple reward.

"Freerolls" option by Traveller now says: +2 free rerolls, and +2 each day.
