Were super excited to be writing to you today because we can finally reveal that we will be launching Tiny Aquarium: Social Fishkeeping on June 23rd! Yep thats right, less than a week to go!!

Hello all, We are Lunheim Studios and this is our brand new game Tiny Aquarium: Social Fishkeeping! It can also accompany you throughout the day in a small box anywhere on your screen when in Tiny Mode, so you will never feel alone as you browse! Were super excited to be officially announcing this new project, with a demo that you can go check out right now!! Were also joined by Future Friends Games, who are helping us publish Tiny Aquarium What you can expect from the demo:

• A place to create your dream aquarium, discovering new species of fish and unlocking new decorations to make them feel at home.
• A chilled hangout spot for you and your friends where you can visit each other's tanks and leave a reaction to let them know you popped by!
• A comforting companion on your screen, where fishies peacefully swim and enjoy your creation!
• Oh and A FISHING MINI GAME!

The Lunheim Team Played the older version of the demo? No worries, your old aquarium is still safe! To access it, simply switch to the "legacy" branch. Heres how:

• Open your Steam Library and find Tiny Aquarium.
• Right-click the game title and select Properties.
• Go to the Betas tab.
• In the dropdown menu, select "legacy".
• Close the window. Steam will automatically update your game to the legacy version. Now you can revisit your original tank just as you left it!

New demo version 0.0.18 is now live!

• Twitch integration is now here!!! If you are a streamer, now you can connect the game to your Twitch account and let your chat interact with your aquarium!
• Fixed server-side issues.
• Fixed hunger icons appearing on top of UI.
• Fish names now stay visible even in screensaver mode.
• Removed the hitbox from fish names.
• Fixed a bug where the fish names would always stay on the screen.

If you will be using the Twitch mode, please don't do any social visits without turning the streamer mode off. As this can lead to issues. The next update will disable the social button automatically.

• Fixed feeding issues.
• Polished the reaction mechanic
• Added new item: Slice of cucumber! (Feeds entire aquarium)
• Inventory is now hidden while in decoration mode.
• Decoration objects are now easier to click on, and are highlighted.
• Fixed a bug where the cleaning sound would get stuck.
• Fixed crashes related to weird resolutions.
• Added an "are you sure?" popup when trying to sell the last fish.
• Pressing space now toggles floating fish names
• Overhauled the settings screen
• Added variation to the soil pattern depending on aquarium id
• Added a mysterious new creature to the fishdex... (egg available soon!)

Hello fish keepers! We recently rolled out the 0.0.14 and 0.0.15 updates, so here are the patch notes for both of them:

0.0.15

• Added the ability to revive fish!
• Added a character limit for renaming fish
• Removed the "clear all" button from the soil and light tabs
• Bug fixes

0.0.14

• Added the ability to rename fish
• Added new soil options
• Added the ability to visit people using their ID
• Added an in-game clock
• Clicking on an empty space now deselects fish/decoration
• Added buttons to make the minimized aquarium bigger or smaller
• Added a button that clears all decorations
• Added 5 new decorations
• Changed the exotic egg to tropical egg
• Clicking on a fish in the FishDex now displays information about that fish
• Quest panel has been redesigned
• Added new quests
• Balanced breeding times
• Unique parents now increase the chances of the offspring also being unique
• Unique fish now give extra XP when feeding
• New sound effects
• Tons of bug fixes
