Bug fixes

- Fixed a bug that caused people to spend multiple baits on a single fishing spot
- Fixed a server issue with saving tanks
- Fixed a server isseu with sending reactions
- Fixed an issue where the tabs of the FishDex wouldn't be visible on wide screens
- Fixed an issue that made the "Perfect Genetics" achievement unobtainable
- Fixed an issue that caused some dirt specs to spawn outside of the screen, making progressing the tutorial impossible
- Fixed an issue that made it possible to click through the loading screen
- Fixed an issue with the "Sunken Cafe Table" displaying the wrong model
- Fixed an issue that would make the fishing spots at the bottom of the map harder to cast into

Other Changes

- Doubled all bait stocks (You might need to wait for it to restock)
- Made some baits cheaper
- Changed the "Receive 5 reactions" quest to only receive 1. Reward has been adjusted accordingly.
- Added a tooltip to the event quest refresh button
