Patch 7/11/2025 - Tutorial fixes, and other Improvements

Various improvements to the base tutorial.
Added a new Tutorial level called "Camera Controls"
Rebalanced and fixed dialogue in the tutorials
Added a stub for a new tutorial for advanced controls
Added asteroids to Ship Radar.
Fixed some UI bugs
Added the ability to left click objects to interact with them (talk/fight only).
