you can now buffer [spoiler]ball input[/spoiler] from charging, so you can essentially queue a [spoiler]ball[/spoiler] from a charge as long as you hold.
because of this, [spoiler]a certain unintended technique[/spoiler] is easier, and is nerfed when performed this way.
however, if done the old way, it will still retain the old properties.
input for [spoiler]sliding[/spoiler] is 25% more lenient (+2 frames)
