Added "show fake cursor on controller" option This enables the same fake cursor that appears when Smiley spawns

- Added a rare balloon entity
[list] - This was meant to be included with the 4.0.5 update but wasn't ready in time

- Fake controller cursor can now drag aid windows
- Fake controller cursor position now matches :)'s attack area position
- Prevented coins from spawning offscreen
