Hello. I feel very uncomfortable that I have to write this, but it is sadly necessary.\n
Due to the current political events happening in the USA, it is ethically not possible for me anymore to sell my games over a video game distribution service like steam.\n
My games are often about peace, equality, kindness, environmentalism, empathy and everything that is just good. Things I want to stand for in real life as well.\n
It has always been my childhood dream to make my own video games, open up my company as an adult, make allot of money with my games over steam and then basically save the world by donating very high amounts of money to charity. Without steam, it has become very difficult to achieve this goal of mine.
I also went ahead and deleted my youtube channel I build for around 5 years. I almost achieved 1000 subscribers. As a funny side note, I made over 900 subscribers with my silly little blender users be like video I made in around 2 minutes.
I dont want to be associated with the USA anymore in anyway. I don\'t want to finance American fascism by making an American company money by selling over its game distribution service, since American companies get taxed by the American government. I am not writing that this is the fault of valve, but of the USA itself. Valve is not to blame here.
AI Stories: Machine Angel and AI Stories: Cybee Princess will not be released on steam in the near future.
Maybe all of this will change one day and I will be capable to sell my games on steam again. Only time will tell.
