I am happy to announce the first ever open playtest of GUN KING! About the playtest: This is mainly to give people an opportunity to try out the game (currently the demo is a bit outdated) and also just to get feedback from players. The playtest will run from now till 31 May 2024. I will be doing my best to fix any bugs and make improvements throughout the playtest. NEW FEATURES - 5 New enemy types added. - 4 New upgrade trees (16 total upgrades). - 1 New upgrade tree for each weapon. - New gun mod system (replacing the old parts system) and several new mods to experiment with. - New wave based game mode. - Various bug fixes / performance improvements. - Some graphical improvements (new color palette for entire game, shaders, etc.). - Added support for color blindness correction (Protanopia, Deuteranopia, and Tritanopia). - New pixel font by Poppy Works (more language support will be coming).
