Weve been busy working on some stuff behind the scenes that we wanted to talk about today. We know you guys are looking for more content so were going to talk about our plans for the next release and when it will happen.\n
Were currently working on expanding the story quests and areas. We have four areas that are ready for monsters and quests. This includes a new town and several questing areas around it. New gear for both the current and future areas of the game is being designed.\n
Were excited to announce that with the new areas will come our Winter Event. Weve been working on some cosmetics, maps, and other things specifically for this event that are separate from the main content. Our intention is to make seasonal event areas available temporarily, but this is subject to change based on feedback and experience as the game develops.\n
All of this will be available December 18th, 2025. Well be posting some more information soon about additional features and content but in the meantime, enjoy these screenshots \n

Were going to deploy patch v0.1.12 today (Nov. 23, 2025) at 3PM MST. The server will be down for maintenance for 2 hours while we apply some backend upgrades and fixes. We will post patch notes between now and then.
Weve been working hard on the backend side of things to improve data stability. Our last patch helped us get a lot of things fixed but in the process, we broke a few things. Sorry about that. The good news is that were feeling a lot more confident in regards to both data stability while playing and if the server crashes.\n
With that being said, we made an attempt at fixing item data. We have records of all previous items so if you are missing an item, please contact us on Discord or file an in-game report with your [u]display name[/u] and the [u]items youre missing[/u] in the report.\n
We know a lot of you are hungry for more content, so we want to let you know were going to share details about what we have planned very soon.\n
While weve fixed a lot of bugs, the following are still known issues and will be addressed in a future patch:
Theres some weird stuff going on with guilds. We have an update planned that will fix those issues and also add features that will give guilds more meaning.

A new patch is going to be released tomorrow at 5:00 PM MST (12:00 AM UTC). The server will go offline at 2:00 PM MST (9:00 PM UTC) to prepare for the patch.\n
Theres a few big changes we want to talk about before releasing the patch, decisions behind these changes, and the future after this patch.

Gathering Rework
Gathering has been completely reworked and we are resetting all player gathering skill levelsback to 1.
Weve made the decision to run a Double Skill XP event that will last for a week (until Nov 25 2025).
Why?
We discovered a lot of problems with the current gathering skill implementation. The biggest of which was that skills were not giving any benefit for levels.\n
The other big problem was that we had a bug where it was not checking for the max level of a skill, and due to this bug, we couldnt determine the true level of a players gathering skill.\n
We know this isnt ideal. We said we wouldnt reset player data, but in this case we felt it was unfortunately necessary. We will strive not to reset player data, but sometimes things dont go as planned.\n
Whats it going to be like from now on?
Gathering Mastery
[list]The Mastery stat for a skill will now be compared against a gathering nodes Mastery stat in addition to the base success chance on the node to determine the success of a gathering action.

Gathering Speed
The Speed stat for a skill will now be compared against a gathering nodes Speed stat to determine the cooldown between gathering actions.

The Efficiency stat for a skill will now be compared against a gathering nodes Efficiency stat to determine the chance to gather additional resources.
[/*][/*]Mastery, Speed, and Efficiency all increase with your skill level, but currently cannot be seen by players. Well add this to the user interface soon.
[/*]All gathering nodes can be used by players of any level, however players with lower gathering skill levels will be less efficient than players who have leveled their gathering.\n

Player combat stats have been set to their intended values and player talent points have been refunded.
Fighter Targe was giving players unintended permanent defense.
[/*]Some players also had missing or additional talent points or combat stats.
[/*]All players have had their talents reset in order to account for this. Make sure you spend your points before venturing back out into the world!\n

Monster Aggro Rework
Monsters now have an aggro range so that once they move out of this range, they will teleport back to where they were.
Previously, monsters would only go back to their spawn once they no longer had aggro for any player which has either been outside its field-of-view too long or the player leaving the map, causing them to follow players for way too long.
[/*]This contributed to players farming large groups of enemies in Waterfall cave that we had fun seeing, but knew we had to fix.\n

Monster sharing aggro with other monsters has been disabled.
With this combined with the above aggro change, monsters will be less likely to form massive groups that swarm players.
[/*]You can still have multiple monsters aggro on you but they arent going to invite all of their friends.\n

These changes do not apply to Dungeon monsters which will still aggro in groups as intended.
Quest Fixes
We had a talk with Torin and made a deal so that he will give you the ring back, which means you now can continue the main story quest.

EARLY ACCESS IS HERE!!
We\'ve finally launched the game into Early Access! Level to 20! Craft items! Play with your friends! As an important side note - this is Early Access so there will be bugs but we\'re ready to fix things as soon as humanly possible to have a stable game we can build off of. Once we\'ve passed the initial bug fixing, we\'ll start pushing out more content. That means more levels, more items, more talents, more things to do! Thanks for playing Ancible Online. We\'re going into Early Access on November 7th! We\'re excited to finally show the world our game. It\'s been a lot of hard work and there\'s still a lot to be done but glad we\'ve made it this far.
This is only the beginning for the world Veridia. We\'re already working on post-release plans and content including but not limited to more areas, dungeons, items, improvements and other features we want to do but had to get the foundation laid first. Keep a look out for upcoming events!
