We noticed a lot of shared players between Chivalry and Terraria, as well as shared passion for creativity and the spirit of play in both communities. We decided to run this contest as a fun way to officially introduce our communities to each other, and to see what amazing stuff our mutual fans can create! Deadline: March 31, 2016 (11:59 PM PT) What to enter: Your best original, visual art that combines the worlds of Chivalry’s medieval battlefields and Terraria’s epic fantasy sandbox. The overall theme is “Chivalry x Terraria”, so your art should, in some way, combine recognizable key elements from both games (gameplay features, art style, lore, etc). General Rules[olist]

Every user is allowed to submit only one entry.

No stealing another person's work. If you are found guilty of this your entry will be removed.

You may edit your post to switch your current submission with another as much as you want, but the contest section will be locked on March 31, 2016 at 11:59 PM PST, and you will be stuck with the entry on your post.

Steam content rules still apply, and excessive profanity or inappropriate content will not be suitable for consideration.[/olist] What not to enter:

Screenshots, edited or otherwise. Exception: if it’s a screenshot of something you have created yourself in-game.
Non-visual art (e.g music, poems, strange odors, etc)
Video
Art consisting of elements from games other than Chivalry and Terraria

Entry Process: There are two ways to enter. [olist]

Submit your original artwork to the Chivalry Steam Community’s artwork panel and tag it as “Chivalry x Terraria”

Submit your post to the Terraria forum, in the official contest submission thread[/olist] Entries are only required to be submitted to one of the above options, but posting in both will not be penalized. Entries submitted after the March 31 deadline will not be accepted. Entries will be judged by Torn Banner Studios and Re-Logic based on creativity, presentation and representation of the Chivalry x Terraria theme. Grand Prizes 1st:

Besiege castles and raid villages in Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is a first-person slasher with a focus on multi-player. Featuring competitive online combat that seeks to capture the experience of truly being on a medieval battlefield. Inspired from the intensity and epicness of swordfighting movies such as 300, Gladiator and Braveheart, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare aims to bring that experience to the hands of a gamer.

The game is skill-based and controls like an FPS, but instead of guns and grenades, players are given swords, shields, maces, battleaxes and longbows. Set in a fictional, yet gritty and realistic world, players will fight in fast paced online battles besieging castles, raiding medieval villages and fighting for glory in the arena with up to 32 players.
