I recently took some time to port Cogs over to an entirely different code base -- from a custom C++ engine I wrote 16 years ago to C# on Unity. Thanks to a few folks on the forums who have helped me hunt down some launch-day bugs and encouraged me to support the legacy Cloud Save data. This version should be better in just about every way -- snappier, higher-resolution, and more aligned with modern APIs. For now, it's available in English only. Hey, Mountain Lion users -- thanks for your patience while we worked around some bugs in the OSX 10.8 graphics drivers. With the newest changes, I've fixed the flickering borders that could sometimes show up in fullscreen mode. I also modified shadow rendering to bypass a graphics driver bug that was causing a really tragic crash.
