Grappling Claw: Hero Bonus Heal reduced from 40/80/120/160 to 30/60/90/120
Grappling Claw: Cooldown increased from 15/12/9/6 to 16/13/10/7
Talon Toss: Cooldown increased from 15/12/9/6 to 16/13/10/7
Raven's Veil: Applied mark no longer applies parry bonus.
Replaced +50 Raptor Dance Radius level 15 talent with new talent: Raven's Veil Mark Applies Parry Bonus
Added additional HUD styling to better communicate the current stance Kez is in.
