We’ve spent the last month logging and responding to your feedback. The focus has been on crushing bugs and improving usability inside the game and also in the menus. Thank you to everyone who has joined the discussion on the forums, you’ve made a huge difference! This patch addresses everything you’ve told us about as well as a number of things we wanted to improve.
We’ll continue to monitor and chat to you on the forums and look forward to dropping more updates in the coming months, which will focus more on features.

Tahira: Echoes of the Astral Empire has been patched to version 1.0.05. This hotfix addresses the following issues: - Warning dialogues have been added to all menu options which could lead to the player losing combat progress (e.g. restarting combat, quitting to main menu), in order to help prevent players unintentionally losing progress. - The combat objectives in Barr'Aaid have been updated to better reflect that all enemies must be killed in order to advance the game. We had originally intended for v1.0.04 to be our last hotfix before version 1.1, but based on the confusion that these issues were causing for players, we decided to bring them forward as another hotfix. Thanks again to everyone for reporting these issues to us. We are still taking suggestions for any small things you'd like fixed in patch 1.1 here, so if you have any suggestions, please let us know. This hotfix addresses the following issues:

This hotfix addresses the following issues: - Ranked up units will now correctly retain their attack stat upon resuming a saved combat level, as well as between combat levels. - Fixed an issue in Tira where a collider was incorrectly being left active during combat, which could lead to Tahira standing in some truly nonsensical places. - Fixed an issue in The Old Quarry where a triggered event would sometimes fire incorrectly after resuming combat. Once again, thank you to everyone who's been reporting bugs to us. We're now fairly confident that the game is stable, and will be focusing on releasing a larger patch (v1.1.0) within a few weeks. If this is not the case, please contact me at tom@whalehammegames.com) - Fixed an issue where the enemy AI could lock up upon killing specific units. - Fixed an issue where restarting combat could cause the player to lose their ranked-up units under specific circumstances. - Fixed an issue where the Heavy Mercenaries' attacks would occasionally stop working after using Ferocious Strength, rendering the units unable to take any further action. Once again, thank you to everyone who's been reporting bugs to us, we intend to continue to hotfix any serious issues such as these as we become aware of them.
