We continue to talk about the Wild Terra 2 development process, our ideas, and the latest updates. In this post, we will share our thoughts on the characters customization in the game, and how its appearance can change over time.

Character Creation and Dynamic Appearance
When creating a character, you can choose gender, skin color, eye color, hair color, and hairstyle. This is a fairly standard set that you will not surprise anyone. In addition to choosing the parameters of the character when creating, we also plan to make dynamic parameters that will vary from certain actions, habits, and environments. Let's look at examples of how certain parameters can affect your appearance.
Get fat or lose weight
If your characters satiety is at the upper border most of the time, then the character will begin to gain weight. In addition to appearance changes, this will lead to faster consumption of stamina for action. Even the horse below you will tire faster. If you get fat to the maximum, then you have to look for new equipment. Only "chunky" artisans can do this because all measurements are done on their own. If satiety is constantly at the lower border, then your character will begin to deplete, which will lead to fatigue, deterioration of attentiveness (you will see fewer data about game objects and opponents), and even the appearance of hallucinations in, especially difficult cases. But do not worry, proper nutrition and alchemy can lead you back to normal.
Muscles
Actions that require hard work, as well as the use of heavy weapons and armor, will increase the volume of your muscles over time. The not only appearance will change. This will help to increase the amount of stamina and the fastness of some heavy actions.
Hygiene
In addition to the fact that in Wild Terra 2 the character will be able to cut his hair and shave his beard that grows over time, you will need to wash from time to time. If you neglect hygiene for a long time, your character will become dirty and will emit stench. When the character stinks a mile away, it is much more difficult to commit a successful theft or quietly sneak past predators.
Consequences of injuries
Particularly severe critical hits can leave scars on the characters body that will heal over time. The scars will be noticeable and can sometimes hurt, which for a short period of time can interfere with the rapid movement or stop the blow to the enemy. Using alchemy and rest from battles will help you recover faster. But some heavy scars will remain with you forever, and you can see the history - when and how exactly a scar was received.
