We have now included an all new survival mode. There are several levels available where you can try to survive as long as possible. We've got highscores, we've got plenty of challenges and heck, you can even tweet your scores right from within the game. And it creates cool gifs for Twitter, too!
That was tricky to include but we finally managed to do so. Yes, Flat Heroes now features Twitch integration. So if you have a Twitch channel and want to interact with your community, you can do that. It is a twist of the survival mode. And once you gave the game the needed infos, your viewers can vote on what should happen next in the level. And there's an exclusive leaderboard for Twitchers, too!
Of course, there's lots of other stuff. We've been tweaking and fixing days and nights. And Flat Heroes should now be even better. But you are still insecure, right? You still don't know for sure if you should buy it, right? Well! We've got a solution for that. There is now a demo available for Flat Heroes. Currently the demo can be found on Gamejolt and Itch.io. Dear Community! Well, where to start? First of all: Thanks for your patience. We know, it has been a while since we gave you some new stuff for Flat Heroes. It has been a while, since we kept you up to date. And we're sorry. But there have been really, really, really (like REALLY) good reasons for that. And today we can finally talk about what has happened recently. First of all we would like to announce the release of an all new update today. Which comes along with lots of new features and lots of new content. So, what is new?

> The game has been designed to be played using controllers, so ideally you will need as many controllers as players. We are working on a keyboard-mouse control for those who don't have a gamepad, although only 1 player will be able to play using keyboard-mouse.
- Does it have a color-blind mode?
> Yes, the game allows players to lock a color scheme that suits their needs, during the Early Access we'll work with the community to make sure there's a color palette for each type of color-blindness.
- Is the waves mode too hard and frustrating?
> It's really accessible, the first levels are easy as you get introduced to the mechanics, and the game gets harder on the latest levels, especially if you are playing alone. But it gets easier if you bring in more friends to help you!
