Leaderboards are now a thing. When you finish a Survival game, you will see the top 5 in the lead as well as the other scores near you, and where you placed. We call this, "online multiplayer" ;)
Charged-up missile graphics now match their hitbox. No more seeing a giant frickin' missile beam that cuts right through a player and let's them live.
Justin tweaks the AI boosting a bit, so it's a little less insane. But, it may be a bit easier because of this. Let us know if those suckers are just too easy to pick off!
A few other particle system & audio touch-ups, cuz that's how we do.
Oh, and if you want to increase performance but decrease "prettiness" you can now turn off the camera image effects in the Settings menu.
Happy space brawlin' !
(Ignore the 3.5 million score, that was just from testing) :D

Astervoid 2000 is a local-multiplayer space brawler. Inspired by the days of classic arcade gaming, but with that modern gameplay feel.
Survive solo or team up to play a main role in your enemies destruction. Dodge asteroid storms, blast across the void of space and take advantage of destroying freighter ships to catch your foe in massive explosive bursts.
Weapons, ships, environmental hazards and backgrounds are all lovingly crafted pixel art.
Quick to learn, challenging to perfect. Knowing when to charge your shot, employ the fireball melée or discharge canons from a safe distance is half the battle.
War with your friends at parties, or when you're simply chilling on a Friday night.
