State of Disturbed
So a couple weeks back I tried to get a DLC for trading cards lined up for Disturbed, and it got approved - but after a chat with steam, it would be an inefficient way of getting trading cards to those interested (charging a $1 or so for the DLC). This being said, I'm not sure trading cards will ever be available for Disturbed, unless there is 3 or so DLC for it that people would buy, then trading cards would be a more realistic feature to add. So, I'm not sure if I should just leave Disturbed alone and work on a 2nd one (which I will talk about below), or if I should work on small individual adventures and release them as DLC? I have created a new forum for game design. Yes, I can read the reviews for the game, and I have been doing that. This can be an opportunity for people to be more involved.
I have been spending a lot of time developing a storyboard and the direction for this game. Right away, this project is more ambitious with a clear story, characters, and minor combat system. Deaths are more logical consequences, and the game will be more focused on a story rather than living through the metaphor Disturbed was based on. The art style will be similar however, and if you are looking for death, you will surely find it haha. In short, it will be a much longer and involved game. (At least, that is the idea) More details will be on the Distubed forum under game design.
For those who know me a bit, I am attending college and am hoping to wrap up a web design major hopefully within the next year. It has been keeping me busy, but I'm trying to devote a fair amount of time to the development of Disturbed. Also, the iblackpen website has plans for revisions. For those of you celebrating Thanksgiving, be safe while traveling/etc.ːwarhorseː Thanks for reading.

- Disturbed - Support DLC
Disturbed is an adventure/horror visual adventure, inspired by experiences of depression and addiction. All visuals are hand-drawn to express personality and a sense of horror.
Play as a farmer who struggles to manage a failing farm. You come to a point where there is no more hope, and you must do something. You figure that you will die and it is just a matter of how and where. What difference is there to make? What can a simple farmer do? Only you can answer these questions.
Disturbed is powered by the Ren'py Engine, using default settings which help aid the game's atmosphere. Visuals are 800x600 resolution by default, something that may not happen again for future games.
Disturbed includes various puzzles in which the player needs to obtain items and use them at specific places. There is no inventory system however, which makes this experience unique. Because of this, areas and objects react differently depending on whether the player has a specific item or not. This also happens for some of the conversations in the game.
