Alien Infestation - v0.6.4

The Alien Infestation apocalypse is now playable through the Survival game mode. With the new apocalypse comes a new set of Alien Infestation themed playable characters. While in Early Access, they start unlocked by default.
The Alien versus modes are being worked on now, and we have decided to lock the Zombie versus modes while we redesign them to be more fun. The loot stash menu has been disabled while we improve it, and emotes have been disabled while we rework them. You may have noticed the online multiplayer beta has been disabled for some time now. Weve tested it against steam Remote Play, and the experience using Remote Play is so incredible and stable that it makes far more sense for everyone to play Blockpocalypse online using Remote Play. Additionally, we have made a bunch of quality of life improvements, such as:

reworked survival mode difficulty to be scalable based on the party size
reworked zombie survival mode difficulty
reworking our content pipeline
reworking menus and user experience
reworking rendering engine

Blockpocalypse is a multiplayer party platformer about surviving with friends in the apocalypse…or at least outliving them. Fighting their way across the apocalyptic 2D landscape, up to 4 players must forge a path in the debris, using whatever they have at hand, including blocks, clocks and even a unicorn or two!

Escape the relentless dangers by working together, or simply be the last one left standing in this pixelated madness, whilst playing as one of a huge cast of hilarious characters. With a range of fun, furious and fast-paced party modes, including Block Ball and Elimination, and local and online multiplayer, the opportunities for chaos are endless.

Chaotic Gameplay – Can you escape, to stand victorious in the apocalypse, or will the ground burn up beneath your feet?
Multiplayer – Play with friends near and far with local and online multiplayer.
Party Modes – Battle it out to claim the Cake of Chaos, or work together to defeat your opponents in Block Ball.
Characters – Ever wondered whether a witch, a bear and a Spartan can put aside their differences to form the ultimate team? Time to find out!
Retro-inspired – This pixel platformer has a true spirit to games gone-by, whilst bringing itself up to date with quirky gameplay.
