We should receive all missing translations files next week, all French, German and Spanish texts were added and we also added Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Russian translations.
The new translations will also include Steam store localization.
So what else is left to do?
There's not much work left to on the game, aside from testing, we need to check all the new translation that there are not text overflows, polish the last battle and cut-scene a bit more, record some additional voiceovers and add Steam trading cards.
We will now be focusing on promoting the game before the release, there a few things we need to finish up before we can start promoting.

This was supposed to be our last update, but alas, we're not there yet, extremely close, but not there. We're hoping the next one will be 1.0 and ready for shipment, there's not much left to do, but we're still testing and don't want to rush it and make any unnecessary mistakes. The last few weeks were mostly about testing and polishing, we've done a lot of in-house testing along with a 5 days tour in local gaming festivals, plus some dedicated QA testers that went over the whole game. There were a few bugs that surfaced and were fixed, but most of the notes were small things, not necessarily bugs, just little things that will make the overall experience better and smoother. Bad Pad is platformer game mixed with a little arcading, shooting, puzzle solving and metroidvania elements, that being said it is still a platformer, so expect a lot of jumping and fair amount of dying along the way.
Bad Pad is my first full scale project, my hello world game if you will, I am making this game based on the memories and experiences I had growing up playing video games and as a tribute to all those amazing games that were simply fun!, a little frustrating at times... but mostly fun!
