Graphics Improvements

Reflections now softly fade out as they get further away.
Sails on the Brigand, Spitting Dragon, Ghastly Crow, and Iron Horns now ripple from wind.
Increased the number of volcanos visible in the distance.
Added VFX sparkles on the player ship when upgrade is available.
Minimap shows 1st place player as gold.
Zoomed out Minimap for further view distance.
Added wakes for Bayonet ship.

Perf improvements

Improved batching on water rendering.
Added particle batching on Ghastly Crow gas.

Balance Changes

Decreased Iron Horns dash time & range across all levels.
Spitting Dragon's Flamethrower lvl 0 and lvl 2 have increased/decreased respectively by a bit to move it closer to lvl 1.
Increased max ship speed by 7% across all sail levels
Decreased ship acceleration by 7% across all sail levels
Increased Brigand gold earned per cannon ball: 5 / 5 / 5 -> 5 / 7 / 9

Tutorial Fixes
