Did you notice anything different while playing Thimbleweed Park recently? Last week we quietly released an update that added in Russian language support. So if you’re a Russian speaker, know Russian speakers or want to learn Russian, spread the word that Thimbleweed Park can speak your language!
We also added in an update to hide the most annoying of our annoying in-jokes. Annoying in-jokes are now turned off by default. So if you want them on, you need to go to the options menu, click Video, and then enable “annoying in-jokes”!
We’re a little quiet on Steam. That’s partly because we’re not really sure what you’d like to see here. Let us know what you’re craving for in terms of validation, support, etc etc… and we’ll see what we can do.
We’re working on a little DLC for some future update. No timeline and no details as yet, but know that although we’re quiet here, we’re busily working away to keep making Thimbleweed Park better and better!

Lost along a dusty stretch of highway, Thimbleweed Park is a neglected and forgotten place, home to the lost and abandoned.
This once proud town boasted an opulent hotel, a vibrant business district, and the state’s largest pillow factory. Now boarded up and falling down, the town stinks of a desperate longing to be what it once was.
A body is found in the river and no one seems to care – not the pigeon plumbers or the drunk passed out by the bushes, not the sheriff or the coroner or the giant talking slice of pizza. Everyone has their own troubles in Thimbleweed Park.
The mystery begins to unravel when two uninvited agents show up to “investigate” the murder. Before long a cursed clown, a disinherited game designer, and the ghost of a pillow salesman are entwined in a conspiracy that takes them all deeper than they ever knew possible.
In a town like Thimbleweed Park, a dead body is the least of your problems.
