UPDATE 2.3 - Locked to 60FPS More!

Hello Everyone; I am pleased to release the latest build 2.3 which contains the following: - Locked gameplay at 60fps (So on higher end systems the gameplay is always consistent speed, not overly fast. - Added new in game Graphics settings options to further allow for tweaking on end users systems (Including: VSync, Windowed Mode and much much more!) - Improved the Adaptive Quality functionality. - Misc Bug fixes.
