Added a new game play style option, "Preview Mode". Enable it in options to try it out. Changelog:
- Game will now continue to update when not in focus.
- Fixed a bug where partially completed level sets itself to solved.
- Fixed an issue where total time not refreshing properly.
- Added time records to cloud save.
- Added a 6 second timeout for rating submit buttons.
- Added "Preview Mode" play style option (off by default).
