We have some major news surrounding Moonfall and the new and improved Moonfall Ultimate release. We're proud to announce that we have secured a publisher to release Moonfall Ultimate on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch! As part of the move, we've added some new features to the game and will be republishing it as Moonfall Ultimate under the Wales Interactive games label. In Moonfall Ultimate you'll find two new game modes with various other minor improvements:

Two-player couch co-op campaign mode

Endless arcade mode (1-2 players)

New hand-painted cinematic opening sequence Q. So what does this mean for those who currently own Moonfall? A. The game Moonfall will be removed from Sale on the Steam Store by 18 August but don't worry, all those who purchased Moonfall will receive Moonfall Ultimate for free when it is re-released on 4 September. You won't need to do anything, the game will appear in your library automatically. Owners of the original Moonfall game will still have the game in their library and will still be able to play the game should they wish to do so. Moonfall is a hand-painted side-scrolling 2D action RPG beat'em up set in an industrial gothic universe named Terra Nihil. It tells a story of a once small Empire at the peak of its glory attained by a mysterious element called Lunarium that suddenly experiences a surge in attacks from so-called Savages, aboriginal tribes living outside its borders.
