Changelist:

• We have improved the Select Phase Timeout - If you select the amount of required players and the time runs out without you pressing submit the proposal is submitted instead of the AI routine kicking in. Additionally if players will not propose in time and there are not enough players selected, the proposal is skipped instead of the AI making the decision.
• We have fixed some chat exploits that made the game crash sometimes
• We have fixed the cancellation of matches if they were already completed on the server
• We have improved the chat readability in certain level backgrounds
• We have adjusted the shop layout to always display the new skins that are available to purchase at the top of the shop
