Pushed out a hotfix resolving some issues (the following list contains spoilers)

-Blessed One achievement is now actually awarded.
-Bounce Thunderhead nerfed
-Detonate Thunderhead removed
-Crash on homing ringshot Razor fixed
-Fixed a bug with lethality not appearing
-Fixed a bug where you could be rendered unable to fire with drill in strange circumstances
-Fixed some imbalances with weapon ammo
-Fixed crash while taking artifact in sword-only mode
-Fixed key not appearing in chaos mode
-Probably some other stuff I forgot
