Monolith Update: December 2nd, 2017

- Overlord's basic weapon no longer salvages for hp and debris when replaced. - Fixed a crash related to an interaction between Necromancers and Switch Blocks. - Sentron, Overseer and Idol no longer misbehave when killed too fast. - Can no longer get stuck in very specific wall formations during some very specific scenarios involving Crushers and blinking. -Fixed interaction of chain lightning and ice wyrm -Pulsar buffed, thunderhead buffed, fireball area of effect damage nerfed (direct hit damage unaffected)
