Fixed certain destructible bullet spreads not properly marking bullets as destructible and vice-versa.
Electromancer's hardmode behaviour no longer scales on loops.
Electromancers fire significantly fewer bullets on loops.
Stormlashes fire similarly fewer bullets on loops.
Bumpers fire less bullets on loops when colliding/dying/as a result of being in Hardmode.
Bane Engines fire a reduced number of revenge bullets on loops.
Swarm Hosts extrude fewer bullets on loops.
Drones project a lower volume bullets on loops in a wider spread.
Drastically reduced the quantity of revenge bullets produced by Red Halos/Malice Engines on loops.
Shufflers fire a smaller number of bullets at a wider spread on loops.
Adjusted the balance of several Floor 1 and 2 Strange Rooms.
Fixed a couple crashes relating to Sokobash.
Fixes to Banshee pathfinding behavior.

Fixed a crash involving splitting swarmers in the database fight.
