Interplanetary Update 1.55.2083 - Improved Performance and Discord Integration

In the midst of heavy Worbital development, weve managed to set aside some time for an Interplanetary update, consisting of a few game fixes. The main point of this update is improving the overall performance of the game. Another noticeable new thing, as the title states, is the Discord integration. Now you can invite people to play Interplanetary with you through Discord. See the full changelog:

- Discord now shows when you're playing Interplanetary: Enhanced Edition and if you're setting up an online match. It's also possible to create invites through Discord and join the match.
- Note: This feature may not work properly on Ubuntu Linux, if Discord was installed through the Ubuntu Software Center. This can be fixed by downloading and re-installing Discord through the official website (https://discordapp.com/)

- Updated folder names and data files within ModBase.zip to reduce the chance of issues when modding the game
