Many people have given me very constructive feedback, which helped me to significantly improve the game. Lately I had some feedback about the interface being too bright. So I added a dark theme to City Game Studio. Once the option is checked, it's better to restart the game to have a better experience.
There is an in-game console to cheat, you can press F1 or F5 to activate it. There are two new commands available with this update, one to add competitors, and another to automatically fill free desks with developers with perfect stats.
Minor redesign of the consoles, I added hard drives. Among the things you asked for, I had forgotten about hard disks. The good news is that this new type of component is part of City Game Studio, the bad news is that they cost quite a bit!
In addition to the dark theme, there have been other adjustments. When you click on an employee, an employee's happiness gauge now shows why an employee is unhappy, giving you the essential information to improve your employees' happiness.
Annual financial statements are also available. You can now view your company's financial statements since its creation, for new savegames. For old savegames, the history will only go back to the year from which you start in version 1.6.0.
Among other small changes, the spontaneous applications are now made by famous developers from the video game world. Some consoles have been re-balanced and new background music has been added.
The best for modders! It is now possible to add keywords in mod events. There are 3 keywords [company_name], [studio_name] and [game_name]. If you use these keywords in your mods, they will be automatically substituted by the computed values (player name, company name and game name selected by the event). https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2525983747 A huge thank you to O3O the author of this mod. Indeed the Korean translations of City Game Studio could be greatly improved, and thanks to O3O it is now done! Good evening to all! Three years ago, City Game Studio was released in early access on Steam. A tremendous number of changes were made in this period of time. There have been a few redesigns of the game, Steam reviews have gone from Variable to Very Positive, and who knows, we could reach 1000 reviews!
Dark theme

City Game Studio is a sandbox type management game.
January 1975, you have created your video game company. You are renting a tight place that allows you to develop your first game. Quickly, your games are successful and you already have to move, but it is up to you to cross the city to pick up your next local. In the blink of an eye you are hiring artists to improve the visual aspect of your games. Next came developers and then testers. But a problem remains, even if your games are brilliants, you don't have enough fans to self-publish a big game to make your studio profitable. You will have to turn to video game editors who will carve out the lion's share. Combinating successes is the only way of getting rid of the publishers. Furthermore you will be able to publish your own publishing contracts. Then you will then be ready to dominate the market and buy back your competitors.
Maps and studios are procedurally generated. Combined with random events and customizable studios, you will rediscover the game with each new game.
