The banker update
The user interface has been reimagined to make your journey as a game studio magnate more intuitive and engaging. The studio management panel has been streamlined, and the bottom menu has been reworked for enhanced accessibility. Now, with a single click, you can access a popup menu that guides you efficiently to your desired destination. The staff and hiring panels now include studio-specific filters, allowing for more precise management of your growing empire. The convention and marketing campaign interfaces have been simplified, focusing on what truly matters - your strategic decisions.
Your studio's released games are now easier to browse. I've introduced pagination to the released game panel, including self-published games, trade-published titles, publishing deals, remakes, game ports, and Game of the Year winners. This view reduces the CPU usage and improve the performances overall.
The process of buying out competitors has been revamped. Now, you have the power to decide the fate of acquired studios, video game catalogs, and staff. This adds a new layer of strategy to your expansion plans.
Several quality-of-life improvements have been introduced to streamline your workflow. You can now withdraw staff from studios or your entire company with a single button press, rename convention centers and universities on the fly, and edit your company details directly from the financial tab.
The stakes have been raised. Game over is now solely in the hands of the banker. However, in times of financial distress, you'll have options. You can sell your game engine, part with your latest custom platform, or even offload a studio to avoid bankruptcy. For those who make it to 1990, prepare to face a new banker inspired by a famous CEO.
The competitor acquisition algorithm has been revamped to provide a more balanced and challenging experience. The difficulty of acquiring a competitor is now based on your company's score and the game's difficulty setting. You'll see your fan base grow with each acquisition, and admire your conquered rival's logo as a trophy of your success.
City Game Studio now launches faster and uses less RAM, ensuring a smoother experience across all systems. The main menu now uses ~1.3G of RAM instead of ~2.5G, while in-game performance has been optimized to use ~1.9G instead of ~2.7G.
Prepare to face 13 new competitors in your quest for gaming dominance. I've also added 10 new logos for your company, along with a reworked company logo drawer to make your brand stand out. For those curious about the future, you can check out the upcoming games from Binogure Studio in the main menu.
Numerous bugs have been squashed and existing features polished to ensure your game development journey is as smooth as possible. From improved Steam integration to fixed camera controls, every aspect of the game has been scrutinized and enhanced.

I'm constantly working to improve and expand the game, driven by my passion for game development simulation and your invaluable feedback. The convention and marketing campaign interfaces have been simplified, focusing on what truly matters - your strategic decisions.
Pagination: A New Chapter in Released games
Your studio's released games are now easier to browse. I've introduced pagination to the released game panel, including self-published games, trade-published titles, publishing deals, remakes, game ports, and Game of the Year winners. This view reduces the CPU usage and improve the performances overall.
Strategic Acquisitions: The Art of the Deal
The process of buying out competitors has been revamped. Now, you have the power to decide the fate of acquired studios, video game catalogs, and staff. This adds a new layer of strategy to your expansion plans.
Quality of Life Improvements: Work Smarter, Not Harder
Several quality-of-life improvements have been introduced to streamline your workflow. You can now withdraw staff from studios or your entire company with a single button press, rename convention centers and universities on the fly, and edit your company details directly from the financial tab.
The Banker: Your Financial Guardian... or Nemesis
Competitor Dynamics: A More Realistic Challenge
The competitor acquisition algorithm has been revamped to provide a more balanced and challenging experience. The difficulty of acquiring a competitor is now based on your company's score and the game's difficulty setting. You'll see your fan base grow with each acquisition, and admire your conquered rival's logo as a trophy of your success.
Performance Boost: Faster, Leaner, Meaner
City Game Studio now launches faster and uses less RAM, ensuring a smoother experience across all systems. The main menu now uses ~1.3G of RAM instead of ~2.5G, while in-game performance has been optimized to use ~1.9G instead of ~2.7G.

Prepare to face 13 new competitors in your quest for gaming dominance. I've also added 10 new logos for your company, along with a reworked company logo drawer to make your brand stand out. For those curious about the future, you can check out the upcoming games from Binogure Studio in the main menu.

City Game Studio GNU/Linux [524.68 M]
City Game Studio is a sandbox type management game.
January 1975, you have created your video game company. You are renting a tight place that allows you to develop your first game. Quickly, your games are successful and you already have to move, but it is up to you to cross the city to pick up your next local. In the blink of an eye you are hiring artists to improve the visual aspect of your games. Next came developers and then testers. But a problem remains, even if your games are brilliants, you don't have enough fans to self-publish a big game to make your studio profitable. You will have to turn to video game editors who will carve out the lion's share. Combinating successes is the only way of getting rid of the publishers. Furthermore you will be able to publish your own publishing contracts. Then you will then be ready to dominate the market and buy back your competitors.
Maps and studios are procedurally generated. Combined with random events and customizable studios, you will rediscover the game with each new game.
Browse the cities and choose the location of your next studio. As my uncle said "we do not hire new talents with vinegar !"
Everyone is not a studio designer, yet every piece of furniture has its place in your studio, and can have an influence on the history of your company.
Each game is unique, but over time new generations of consoles come out. You cannot create a bestseller alone. You have to hire new talents that will help you creating the perfect game
The development of the game is broadcast on twitch using the channel binogure.
