Save Issue / in case your save file disappeared after 1.2 patch

We are aware that some save files could have been corrupted after patch and there's a hotfix for that (you are safe to launch the game now - it shouldn't happen anymore). However, you'll need to manually do the following things to restore your save if it crashed before: To restore your save on windows: [olist]

  • On windows, open any folder paste "%APPDATA%/../LocalLow/ColdwildGames/LazyGalaxy" into address line (without quotes) and press enter this should open it
  • there should be a file like session.sav1.bak
  • if you see it: delete the file session.sav nearby
  • rename session.sav1.bak into session.sav Launch the latest version of the game - the save should work now. If it does not - drop me an email to contact(at)coldwild.com or message me directly in discord and I'll help you to resolve it. Thanks for your patience and I'm sorry this happened!

    • Lazy Galaxy is a mix between RTS and idle/clicker game. Lead an evil (albeit lazy) alien race to conquer the universe! Encounter other races, fight vicious enemies, expand your influence through the galaxies. Acquire combat experience and convert into candy, the most precious alien resource!

    Key Features:

    • Build your base in idle mode, participate in battles in RTS mode!
    • Allow your ships to fight by themselves or control them directly!
    • Micro-control is rewarded, but not necessary. You can idle out the battles or seek more active participation.
    • More than a 100 in-game researches
    • Multiple development paths will add variety to incremental/base-building gameplay
