Additions
- Added a new future faction
- Future armor
- 3 energy SMGs
- 1 energy full auto rifle
- 1 energy DMR
- 1 energy sniper
- 1 rocket launcher
- Shield field generator
- Heal field generator
- Plasma grenade
- EMP grenade
- Poison grenade
- 4 weapon sights
- Added compensator, vertical grip and angled grip attachments to modern weapons to reduce recoil
- Added a WWI/WWII landing craft
- Added a dynamic recoil system for the player which replaces the clipped recoil animation and add real recoil to the weapons
- Added some head rotation to the rotation direction before the weapon moves to the direction to create a dynamic weapon feel
- Added muzzle flashes to weapons
- Reworked the modern weapon models to improve the graphics
- Optimized all models in game to heavily improve rendering performance if there are many different weapons/objects in the scene
- In Alpha 18, rendering all modern weapons took 5ms on the render thread, now it's just taking 1.7ms
- AIs with full auto weapons will sometimes shoot bursts and full auto now
- When reloading a weapon which was empty, units are now using the weapon bolt after reloading to load the first bullet into the chamber
- Added a shotgun reload animation
- Repeat rifles will now drop bullet shells
- Improved the projectile and bullet shell performance
- Adjusted weapon aim data and attachments positions
- Improved explosion effect visuals
- Improved the pickup of weapons and shields
- The system is working much more stable now and shields and weapons are using one key to pick them up
- Improved ship landing behaviour
- Added some random spray to ship cannons
- Adjusted sound range, volume and improved the falloff of sounds (now logarithmic instead of linear)
- Shot sounds are less clipped now

Ancient Warfare 3 is a complete redevelopment of the second part to improve the experience from the core of the game. Dive into a huge sandbox full of action and customization! Choose from different gamemodes like Deathmatch, Reach point, conquest, king of the hill, zombie mode, arsenal and more. Download level bundles to play small campaigns or create you own scenarios in the custom battle editor. Choose your rules, change the environment, place units, objects or traps, choose your equipment or just relax and spectate a battle.
Explore the content from all kind of eras like stone age, high cultures, medieval ages, WWI, WWII and compare them to modern and future weapons or just recreate some historic battles.
Your player can use a very advanced and mixed equipment which will allow a dynamic combat. Use a sword to cut your enemies into pieces, a baton to punch them down, guns or bows to shoot at them, or an rpg to blow them up. Protect yourself with a shield and wear armor to get some protection for different kind of weapons. To support you and your mates, you can carry different grenades, medipacks or ammo supplies.
Much content is already in game and there are still much more gamemodes, units, weapons and equipment planned. Until then, you can test the 300+ units in game with 150+ equipment objects and place 43 different objects.
