- Added a wild west faction with the following equipment:
- Western hat & coat
- Bowie knife
- Coach gun
- Dynamite
- Gatling gun
- Sawed off coach gun
- 3 revolvers
- 4 rifles
- Added a static world war flamethrower
- Added a sticky rgo grenade
- Added a sticky C4 pack
- Added a heal crate
- Added a future ammo pile
- Added an oil barrel and a burning barrel
- Added a wooden table to store equipment on it
- Added a flak cannon
- Added the lord units from Ancient Warfare 2

- Please note that the lord equipment is exclusively made for the lord's. You can pick it up, if you kill a lord, but you can't start with it
- Christmas content
- There is an improved christmas biome available from last year, as well as santa and snowman units
- In addition there are now snowball throwers, a candy stick weapon and present grenades in game.
- You can now look at things you want to pick up
- Improved the look of projectile trails
- Workshop items will show there whole description now
- You can now cancel shotgun reloading with left click
- Performance improvements
- This update will improve the performance quite a lot and there are plans to continue to improve the performance in 2019.
- There are major changes to physics and some other systems to improve the performance and stability. If you notice any problems related to physics, please report them in the community hub.
- There is a new option in the settings called "Low RAM mode". The option is deactivated by default and it should stay deactivated to improve the performance. However, if you really need every single MB of RAM and you notice very high RAM usage, you can enable this option.
- The performance is obviously different on any system, but with the new changes, test battles which ran with 30-40 fps in the alpha 26, will now run with 50-60 fps in alpha 27. However, the improvement depends on your system, but you should be able to create larger battles than before.
- Fixed a bug that broke the custom unit editor then using an equipment filter
- Fixed a bug that caused AI shotgun units to only reload one shot
- Fixed that buildings created blood splashes
- Fixed a bug that caused the camera to shake after selecting a unit to control

Ancient Warfare 3 is a complete redevelopment of the second part to improve the experience from the core of the game. Dive into a huge sandbox full of action and customization! Choose from different gamemodes like Deathmatch, Reach point, conquest, king of the hill, zombie mode, arsenal and more. Download level bundles to play small campaigns or create you own scenarios in the custom battle editor. Choose your rules, change the environment, place units, objects or traps, choose your equipment or just relax and spectate a battle.
Explore the content from all kind of eras like stone age, high cultures, medieval ages, WWI, WWII and compare them to modern and future weapons or just recreate some historic battles.
Your player can use a very advanced and mixed equipment which will allow a dynamic combat. Use a sword to cut your enemies into pieces, a baton to punch them down, guns or bows to shoot at them, or an rpg to blow them up. Protect yourself with a shield and wear armor to get some protection for different kind of weapons. To support you and your mates, you can carry different grenades, medipacks or ammo supplies.
