- Fixed Terence’s frontal dodge against obstacles and walls

- Added kickstarter user portraits
- Terence’s input changes: now special attack do always slaps sequences until charge bar it’s not empty, else it will do a single heavy slap. Hammerfist and double hammerfist are now triggered by combo (light+heavy attack and viceversa)

- fixed a bug that blocks Terence by pausing the game during he is climbing the bridge

- added multiple changes to the level based on the chosen difficulty
- improved horses chase minigame
