Monthly Cup this weekend

The second ever Faeria Monthly Cup kicks off this Saturday at 4:00pm CEST. Don't worry about timezone conversions, just check the countdown timer at https://esports.faeria.com/live to know when you should tune in. There's one more thing to take care of, however: We only have 31 players! Let's announce our final special guest and bring that number to 32:
Representing ROOT Gaming, Goswser! For those not familiar with him as a former pro player and caster from the Starcraft 2 scene, he takes the meaning of a "Double U" literally - it's pronounced Gosu User. He's been playing a lot of Faeria lately and is interested in giving our Monthly Cup a shot. He'll need to bring his A-Game, however, as our brackets are going to be packed with fierce competition. Don't forget, this time we'll be placing $150 bounties on the top two finishers from the previous cup. Eggbot is cracked It's worth mentioning that we will not be utilizing the Eggbot this weekend. We know some of you may have become accustomed to being bombarded in a shower of gold, eggs, and Orbs while watching each Monthly Cup, but we're working on improving it for the future so we can continue using it in interesting ways without becoming too repetitive. This weekend, let's focus on the games themselves.
We are prepared for the ensuing Egg riots that will attempt to bring down our Twitch chat, and will be deploying extra security as a contingency plan to keep the peace.

The Power of Pandora

It's been a week since the release of the new Pandora, and the feedback we've been hearing is overwhelmingly positive. We're very happy to see so many are enjoying the changes. That said, we know there are still improvements to be made in a lot of different areas, so you still shouldn't consider this its final form.

Mentor program

Getting into Faeria but having a hard time mastering the meta? Feel free to enroll in the new mentoring program for free, here on our forums! Volunteer coaches will work with you in short sessions to give you tips on how to improve your game. Not only is it free to enroll, but you'll get a booster pack at the end of each completed session! We're looking for both students and more coaches. Check the thread for more information.

Next balance patch

We know a lot of you have been asking for when the next balance patch will be. The design team has been discussing things for quite some time now, but don't want to interrupt this weekend's tournament. Expect some changes put together some time after this weekend's Monthly Cup. We'll keep you updated as much as we can on this.
