Changes in v1.1.2 (607968e):
- Fix swap stone achievement
- Add some missing sound effects
- Fix Grey Gate Charge Puzzle exploit
- Fix character reacting to input while the menu is open
- Some crash fixes that happened on start/exit game
- Fix an issue with Teleport when the character can't leave roll mode cause of collision
