Update 0.70.4 - more fixes, some tweaks and an addition

Hey guys! Here's what I've managed to fix this weekend. It should cover most of the major issues so far, and I'll keep working to bring out fixes in a steady pace. I also added a tweaks and two new enchants... hope you like it! Thanks for the reports!

0.70.4:

Additions:

Added Damage Reduction and Evasion enchants, they may roll on Amulets and Rings respectively

Tweaks:

Adjusted the damage of Captain Moore's throwing axe
Rings and Amulets are now priced from level 10 and up when gambling
Quaker affix now gives you more time to avoid damage

Fixes:

Fixed (another) issue with quest objectives sometimes not updating
Fixed "Crown Slaying" not rolling on items
Fixed typo on skill Stonefist and Combustion
Fixed bug which would cause Waypoints obtained in Act 4 to be carried over to any character switched to in the same seesion
Fixed issue causing some companions to turn into zombies
Fixed positioning of skill level numbers on the skill tree being off by a few pixels
Fixed several counts of broken text because of a rounding error (nametags, loot tags, and some other)
Fixed pressing (B) on controller while in various menus would also cast whatever spell was bound to (B)
Fixed being stuck in Eazimas stomach if killing her too fast

Story
