Update 0.74.0 - New Warden sets, skills, fixes, and more!

Hey guys!

Here comes the Warden update!
All her sets and passives have been revamped, her masteries adjusted, and even some active skills have had some significant updates. If you play a Warden then this update is definitely for you, and if you don't, well, there's never been a better time to roll one!

I've also added a few tweaks to other things, and fixed all reported issues.

The low frame rates tied to energy saving / clock speed problems are still being investigated - thank you for being patient!

If you're on Linux, you'll also be happy to know that there's a functioning, although a little unpolished, Linux build available! It needs a bit more work before I am ready to announce full support. It's mainly targeting Ubuntu, but other distros may also work. Just logging on Steam from a Linux machine should get you the Linux version as expected.

Thanks for the continued reports and feedback, and a special thanks to the guys who helped me test the sets and Linux builds!

Update 0.74.0:
Anomalies:


  • Killing an Anomaly boss now restores the player and their companions to full health, and removes any harmful effects
  • Anomaly Bosses now remove all their lingering spell effects such as poison clouds and traps when killed

Gameplay:

  • Knockbacks into walls will no longer make AI/players float a bit against the walls, and will instead cancel the knockback effect immediately, and play a sound effect to emphasize
  • AI leaping into walls (with Leaper affix) will do the same

Items:

  • Warden:

    • Thunder Point (Arrow):

      • Now increases the number of jumps of Static, rather than the proc rate of Lightning Rod


  • Sets:

    • Warden:

      • High Ranger's Gear:

        • High Ranger's Gift and High Ranger's Deadeye now always roll bonus bleed damage
        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Overdraw has 100% chance to trigger, and Double Draw now triggers all on-hit effects.
          • 3) Razor Tips bleed stack infinitely, and Double Draw has 100% chance to trigger.
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction, and Double Draw now always matches the damage of the skill triggering it.


      • Windcaller's Regalia:

        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) All Physical skills spawn small Whirlwinds on the foe. The Whirlwinds deal equal damage to the skill that triggered them, per second, and lasts 3 seconds. 2 meter damage radius.
          • 3) Whenever two Whirlwinds collide they merge into a larger Whirlwind, adding their their damage up and refreshing the duration to 5 seconds.
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction, and Whirlwinds always spawn in pairs.


      • Shroom Tender Armor:

        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Spores always trigger on cast, and all mushrooms spawned from Spores grow in pairs.
          • 3) Mushrooms now grow from each foe hit by the Spores. Mushrooms now also weaken nearby foes when popping, causing them to take 10% increased damage from all mushrooms. This effect stacks infinitely.
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction. In addition, mushrooms now cause chain reactions when popping, setting off any nearby shroom regardless of growth their stage.

      • Everspring Raiment:

        • All pieces renamed to "Everspring's" instead of "Spring's" for consistency
        • Everspring's Thorn now always roll Effect Duration
        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Pods stack infinitely.
          • 3) Pods have an increased 20% chance to burst, and when bursting they spawn small twisters, dealing the same amount of damage per second, for 3 seconds.
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction, and Bloom is twice as likely to trigger.


      • Stormcaller's Regalia:

        • Stormcaller's Aim now always roll attack speed
        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Lightning Rod and Static now both have 100% chance to trigger.
          • 3) Lightning Rod now stacks on each hit, multiplying the damage dealt on each hit by the number of total hits on the target.
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction. Foes afftected by Lightning Rod also take 20% more damage from Lightning skills.


      • Armor of the Wispmother:

        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Lightning skills apply Wisp Spark to foes, making them take the same amount of damage as the skill dealt when hit by Wisps. Wisp Spark lasts 5 seconds.
          • 3) Spawns an additional 3 Wisps.
          • 4) Wisp Spark now stacks infinitely, and the Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction.


      • Torrential Raiment:

        • Torrential Arrow now always roll attack speed
        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Hail always trigger
          • 3) Pummel stacks infinitely, and Pelted strikes twice as fast
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% Damage Reduction, and Pelted lasts forever


      • Snowstorm Armor:

        • Reworked, now does the following:

          • 2) Foes affected by Winter's Chill take 15% more damage from Snow Blast
          • 3) The bonus damage effect of Winter's Chill now stacks infinitely
          • 4) The Warden gains 40% damage reduction, and Hail now triggers both Winter's Chill and Snow Blast





Skills:

  • Templar:

    • Vengeance (Physical):

      • Enchanted Arms:

        • Now has a 100% chance per block to trigger Static Overload



  • Warden:

    • Wind Ranger (Physical):

      • Rapid Shot:

        • No longer costs mana
        • Now deals 50/55/60/65/70% damage, down from 110/120/130/140/150%

      • Gust:

        • No longer costs mana
        • Now deals 100/110/120/130/140% damage, down from 125/130/135/140/145%
        • Now bounces off walls

      • Scatter Shot:

        • Now deals 115/130/145/160/175% damge, up from 110/120/130/140/150%

      • Razor Wind:

        • Now has a 4 second cooldown, down from 5

      • Volley:

        • Now instead fires a volley of arrows forwards in rapid succession, rather than all at once in a nova
        • Damage reduced to 100/105/110/115/120% damage per arrow, down from 210/220/230/240/250%
        • Amount of arrows reduced to 7/9/11/13/15, down from 12/14/16/18/20s
        • The Warden may move after firing the first arrow
        • Has diminishing returns vs. a single target

      • Tornado:

        • Now bounces off walls

      • Treant Strider:

        • Now rolls the boulder towards the player's cursor/target, if they have any, otherwise against their own

      • Treant Guard:

        • Now leaps to the target location and taunts
        • Taunt now has a 5 meter radius (unaffected by reach at this point)

      • Tailwind:

        • Skill removed

      • Double Draw:

        • Now deals damage based on the triggering skill, and may crit

      • Expertise:

        • Now lowers the mana cost of Multi Shot/Scatter Shot/Razor Wind by 40/60/80%, up from 15/30/35%

      • Splinters:

        • Now has a 50/60/70% chance to trigger, up from 14/22/30%
        • Now deals damage based on the triggering skill
        • No longer crits

      • Razor Tips:

        • Now deals damage based on Splinters' damage

      • Razor Cuts (M):

        • Now increases Razor Tips damage by 3% per rank, down from 5%

      • Fragmentation (M):

        • Now increases Splinter proc rate by 3% per rank, up from 1%
        • Now has 10 ranks, down from 20


    • Druid (Poison):

        • Now increases Pods damage by 3% per rank, down from 5%


    • Storm Caller (Lightning):

  • Fixed Hallowed (Templar) being able to "double dip" with crits (critting when spawned from a crit)
  • Fixed Expulsion (Templar) also being able to double dip crits
  • Fixed Wargod Set (Templar) 3p bonus being able to double dip crits
  • Fixed Soul Replica/Avatar (Templar) being able to be re-casted for an infinite amount of companions when wearing the Thundering Army set
  • Fixed Splinters (Warden) animation not showing consistenly between skills
  • Fixed Trapflip (Warden) not dealing damage unless placed directly on top of a foe
  • Fixed Glacial Roll (Berserker) not working with click to move control scheme
  • Fixed Crown/Beast/Fae etc damage enchants not working with passives, triggered effects, and some DoTs
  • Fixed loading issue related to the personal stash
  • Fixed issue that in very rare cases, almost entirely when playing multiplayer, could wipe the stash or inventory of a player during loading
  • Fixed issue where companion re-summons would be inconsistent
  • Fixed being able to click through the credits roll and click on menu buttons
  • Fixed skill cards on Companion and Ultimate skills listing "none" as their skill type (should just be blank)
