What happens in a world where the last evil lies dead, the last quest is completed, and the last chest has been opened?In this world, the long-dead Heroes of Old are forever remembered and honored through a great magical device. This device, known only as the Chronicon, is capable of opening a portal into the memories – the very souls – of the Heroes of Old. Each year, a handful men and women are given the great honor to re-live the old tales.
And this year, you have been chosen…

I am back in health and back at work, fixing issues and tweaking stuff!
This update improves support for custom translations by adding an in-game menu to change language from, and it also adds the first official translation: Simplified Chinese! In the future I plan on adding support for more community translations by adding additional fonts, such as Korean. I may be adding more official translations down the line as well.
This update also fixes a few crashes and tweaks a few things. Thanks for all the reports, comments, and suggestions! I am now shifting focus entirely to 1.1, which will bring a lot of new QoL features, buff/tweak a lot of sets and items, add a save backup system, endgame improvements, and also fix a large amount of bugs - among other things!

Enchants & Powers:- All enchants & powers that required a silly amount of Greater Augments to reach cap no longer do so.
- Tuned down some enemy AoE effects that were likely to one-shot you.
- Added a few frames of invulnerability after a "save from death" effect has triggered so you don't die regardless before being able to react due to rapid/queued hits.
- Added the first official translation: Simplified Chinese!
- Your custom translations will now be discovered by the game and selectable from the in-game menu, so you don't have to manually edit the config file to change language anymore.
- Incorrectly set up languages will default to English.
- Help index can now be translated and have been moved to locale/help.
- Fixed memory leak related to belt items.
- Fixed a few crashes related to corrupt characters.
- Fixed a some loading problems.
- Fixed being able to drop items on the current stash tab and the stash eating them.
- Fixed The Last Word (Berserker fist) not working.
