Project Hospital 1.1.19 - The Halloween patch

While we're finishing last features for Doctor Mode, we're still working on improvements and fixes based on feedback from the community - here's the latest batch with a few spooky surprises. :) Features - [Mod support] changed linking of rooms and procedures to tags so new departments can be added more easily - [Mod support] implemented support for custom icons for departments, skills and procedures - Updated all translations with latest fixes from community translators (thanks!) - Implemented portrait bubbles showing object reservation - Implemented a system that distributes hospitalized patient between exam units more evenly - Implemented better handling of priority of non-critical surgeries - Implemented doctor's rating and simple statistics in doctor's card - Balanced leveling of employees between different departments - Balanced employee and skill leveling - Enabled unlimited number of controlled patients - Some small UI improvements, mostly making three-state buttons more consistent - Enabled washing hands during bladder script also in kitchen sinks - useful for WCs in wards - Enabled stabilization procedure to start with only a doctor, waiting for a free nurse often looked like staff were neglecting patients - Enabled all examinations that don't need any equipment to be done directly at wards - Implemented a few configurable keyboard shortcuts (available in the launcher) - Implemented range of probabilities for surgery complications - Added a slot for future DLC levels to main menu - Added a few Halloween decorations - Zombies! Fixes - Fixed a bug causing one of the ambulances to spawn in broken state on certain maps when playing with rotated camera - Fixed XP and payment texts rendered at incorrect positions when playing with rotated camera - Fixed a problem with parking areas that were created using prefabs sometimes breaking parking area detection - Fixed collapse in bed requiring diagnostics and patient care roles (and not starting at trauma center when staff look idle) - Fixed nurses getting books to hospitalized lying patients chosen from random departments - Fixed surgeries easily broken by sending a patient to ICU while being operated on - Fixed an error in elevator lookup in case elevators got deleted while an employee with a stretcher was already on their way - Fixed a few more hidden errors
