We just released a new patch bringing a lot of small features and little improvements smoothing your gameplay experience. Furthermore, you'll find a fair share of most-anticipated fixes and for the DLC owners, there is a little present in the form of brand new insurance companies

- [TRAUMATOLOGY] Added a new insurance company with challenging goals including completing accident events and performing complex surgeries
- [INFECTIOUS DISEASES] Added a new insurance company focused on pandemic management
- Added 6 new loading tips for new DLC features
- Implemented optional automatic takeover of patients delivered by ambulances or helicopters, can be enabled using a button in the ambulance panel
- Implemented notification for autosaving so it's clear why the game pauses for a bit at 8 am and 8 pm
- Improved shift changes so employees from the next shift arrive earlier
- Implemented fast transport of all patients that have code blue set by the player
- Disabled 'exposed to outdoors' triggered in outdoor corridors
- Allowed dragging of all windows also partially off the top edge of the screen
- Added distinct icon over portrait of patients from events
- Added a more specific message to examination tooltips in the case of having no technologists in the lab for either hospitalized or clinic patients
- Added a more specific status text for doctors 'on standby for critical patients'
- Allowed technologists in specialized units to perform more examinations on the same patient in a row
- Added a few more sounds to employees eating in the cafeteria

Fixes
- [INFECTIOUS DISEASES] Fixed DLC level starting at day 0 instead of day 1, causing minor issues with prestige tracking between days
- [TRAUMATOLOGY] Fixed patients delivered by helicopter not transported to the closest TC in some cases
- [TRAUMATOLOGY] Fixed a mismatch between the position of the wound and the matching bandage on patient's arm
- Fixed abdominal palpation and a couple of other examinations/treatments not available at different departments
- Rolled back fix that disabled deleting doors by placing other doors, the door will now also be replaced immediately, saving one extra click
- Fixed keyboard layout button that stopped working after one of the previous patches
- Fixed night music not playing when there was an event running during the night
- Fixed janitors sometimes showing up cleaning the road for a second before going to their workspace
- Fixed workload balancing for labs handling samples of patients from the clinic
- Fixed patients keeping their original clothes if they collapsed their way through TC and ICU to an OR
- Fixed doctors standing behind hospitalized patient's head when performing blood analysis - ICU)
- Fixed placing fences deleting fences on the other edges of the same tile
- Fixed some patients counted in the numbers of waiting and hospitalized patient incorrectly
- Fixed scrolling in surgery table
- Fixed patients sometimes not mentioning the disuria symptom during interview as it's the only examination that can uncover it
- Fixed settings sometimes not saved when immediately quitting the game from options in main menu
- Fixed operating table clipping through patients hands in some cases
- Fixed room placement tool not cancelled when switching departments, allowing to place rooms from an incorrect department
- Fixed a couple of typos
