Hello Ultimate Animals! Did you see that you can nominate games for the Steam Awards during the Autumn Sale? Most awards are reserved for games that came out in the past year, but there's one important exception: the Labor of Love Award. Here's the description: "This game has been out for a while. The team is well past the first unveiling of their creative baby, but being the good parents they are, these devs continue to nurture and support their creation. This game, to this day, is still getting new content after all these years." As we're working on another free content update for Ultimate Chicken Horse which should come out in early 2020 - just before the game's 4th anniversary (!) - we're hoping that maybe you all feel like the game might deserve a nomination for the Labor of Love Award! The award description also rings especially familiar to us right now, considering that two of our six team members have each become literal parents to literal babies in the past 5 months. This is kind of a huge change to our pacing at work, and at the same time we're trying to mature as a studio, and just do what's best for our little work family. It's quite the adventure, and we're super thankful to have a wonderful community to support us in this transitional period. And we'd love for the community to keep growing!
