Bloody Rally Simulator is a sandbox racing game where you can build your own tracks and race them with your friends in a split screen multiplayer mode.
Game is currently in development, with Early Access release planned in end of December.
Planned features:

Split Screen Local Multiplayer for up to 4 players
Track Editor, with possibility to share your best tracks on Steamworks for others to enjoy
Different game modes (Race, Drift, Something with a lot of blood)
Steam Achievements
Leaderboards
Stats
Campaign Mode
Driver XP and level-up
Variety of different cars
Tunable cars

Some additional tooling for making translators lives easier, and a couple of more tiny fixes and improvements.

v1.3.3 (2020.04.20)
- Add /translations show_cutscene command
- Add TrailDuration config parameter that can be set via /config set in console to make trails remain longer
- Fix a few small issues with translation keys being mistyped
- Fix game tips failing to load when translations are not initialized
- Remove F9 shortcut for toggling UI
