There is a new route north of the forest that connects to a whole new region.

Four new monsters have been added:

Fire Dragon

Hell Hound

Ixion

Knight Radhamanthis

New spells:

From the new monsters you can also get fire-based spell:
Kindle - A status effect move that burns the foe. 75% chance.
Incinerator - A very powerful SPA based spell. Can BRN.
Fuel - A move that buffs the user's ATT to the max.

Nerfs:

Goblin Warrior base ATT 80 > 70
Goblin Warlord base ATT 150 > 130
Angry Stump spawn level 2 > 1
Frenzy base PWR 35 > 30

Buffs:

Gamayun base HP 65 > 75
