This is a minor update that fixes a few bugs/issues:
- fixes some general saving issues that players have reported
- fixes a specific issue where saving stopped working during the Core Runaway job in The Compact
- fixes an issue where sometimes dialog portrait changes would not occur at the correct times
- improved some of the player hull upgrades
- tweaked the difficulty and loot of a few key enemies
- tweaked the enemy encounter probabilities a tad

A HUGE thank you everyone for all the feedback as of late. I am a one man team so I need all the help I can get!
