New users will also have lower quality settings enabled by default, these can be scaled up to higher settings in the options menu. Although lets be honest, are you really buying this game expecting amazing visuals? The 32 bit users will recieve an especially low spec default config, becasue any PC running a 32 bit OS is probably pretty low end by today's standards. Again, you can scale these to the highest quality again using the options menu in-game.
