Now that we are sure that tournaments work just fine and we have fine-tuned the anti-cheat systems it is time to announce the Virtual Bass Masters Open. This is the Bass tournament many of you have been anxiously waiting for so long. But that's not all, folks, a mint classy DLC, UI improvements and fixes will make fishing even better. Virtual Bass Masters Open

Enter the Virtual Bass Masters Open, pass the Qualifiers, get to the Final Round and compete against the very best to become the Virtual Bass Masters Open Champion! First-place winner gets the fame, the glory and $1000 First Prize! Don’t miss the most real sportfishing tournament of the virtual realm! REGISTRATION OPENS - JULY 10th - 1 P.M. EST

Tournament Conditions:

Everyone is eligible to register and participate in the Tournament.
All player level restrictions for visiting waterways in Tournament-related States will be temporarily lifted for all players registered in the Tournament.
Tournament registration fee covers all necessary Licenses for all the fish in the waterways of Tournament-related States. Licenses will be valid only for the duration of the Tournament for all participants regardless of their performance.
Tournament Rounds include: 3 Qualifiers, Semifinal and Final Round. In order to advance to the next Round, a player must make it to the Top 10 of the previous Round.
Every round of the Tournament is held in real time, simultaneously for all players.
There are 3 Qualifying Rounds. To get to the Semifinal Round a player must make it to the Top 10 in either one of the three Qualifiers. This means you get 3 chances to make it to the Semifinal.
If you make it to the Top 10 players in the first Qualifier, you automatically become a participant of the Semifinal and cannot participate in the 2 remaining Qualifiers.
All players who make it to the Top 10 of the Semifinal get to take part in the Final Round.
The three winning places of the Tournament will each get their share of the $1500 total prize money.
Tournaments are available only for individuals of age 18+
